By seizing the great transportation construction of Chenzhou city, Yongxing county positively boosts its main road construction project with “six vertical and four horizontal” structure in 2012. The total planning investment for this project is amounting to 1.5 billion yuan, which includes Chenzhou-Yongxing road, S212 road from Yongxing county to Xiangyindu entrance of G30 (Beijing-Zhuhai) express way, S213 road from Zixing to Yongxing Qingjieshan (Yongxing section), and “main artery” road from Guiyang county to Yongxing Gaotingsi. All the projects cover about 66.628 kilometers. In the first half year of 2012, Yongxing county launched 23 rural roads construction projects with 80.5 kilometers, which involve 12 towns and villages roads improvement. Now 37.2 kilo meters of the projects have been fulfilled with over 27.98 million yuan.

In order to solve the “narrow throat” - capital of the road construction projects, Yongxing county took different measures like taking BT model, applying project capital from upper level government, using county financial supporting funds, and being financed by loan and foreign investment attraction with over 90 million yuan. All of those greatly boost Yongxing county’s transportation construction. As for the rural road constructions, Yongxing county applied the way of “one issue, one discussion” to collect road construction capitals and encouraged villagers to contribute into the construction project.
